Try Diving

Find out what it feels like to breathe underwater

Try Diving

Start your adventure and learn to breathe underwater with us. Before we begin, we’ll explain exactly how everything works and what to look out for. Lots of little damselfish – and of course our instructors – will keep you company on your very first dive. Bream often watch from the sidelines while we show you how to handle the equipment underwater. As we explore the dive site, we pass the homes of octopuses, moray eels and starfish. Curious whether anyone’s home? Then sign up now!

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to take part in a try dive?

You should be able to swim and feel comfortable in the water.

When signing up, every diver confirms in writing that they hold a medical certificate stating they are fit to dive, and fills in a questionnaire about their current health.

Anyone under 18 must come to the dive centre with a parent or legal guardian, who signs on their behalf.

What can my family or friends do in the meantime?

They’re welcome to come snorkelling with us. We usually go to the same spot, so if you like, our snorkel guide can stay above the try divers and keep an eye on them. They can of course also rent a kayak.

I have no experience. Can I still take part?

Try diving is for everyone who has never dived before, doesn’t have a diving certification yet, or can’t provide proof of a completed dive course.
